Here’s what you’ll need:
Fill a pot with water, about 1/4-1/2 full, and bring to a boil
Place the eggs in a steamer and place over the boiling water.
Steam for 10-12 minutes, 10 minutes will result in a slightly undercooked egg.
Drain and place eggs in an ice bath. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before peeling.
